Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Prestige Fashion, we want every purchase to be one you're happy with. This policy is designed to be clear and fair for everyone. Please read it carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • It has not been worn, washed, or damaged
  • It is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The return request is submitted within the 30-day window
  • The return has been approved in advance by our customer service team

Trying items on to check fit is perfectly fine. However, if an item shows clear signs of wear or use beyond that, a reduction in the refund value may be applied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items with a broken or removed hygiene seal
  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been damaged through misuse or improper care
  • Underwear, shapewear, and bras where the hygiene seal has been removed

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. As the customer, you are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Choosing a carrier that supports international customs clearance
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges that may apply
  • Ensuring all customs documentation is completed correctly

Prestige Fashion cannot be held responsible for returns that are delayed, rejected, or lost as a result of customs issues or an unsuitable shipping method.

A restocking fee of 15% applies to all approved returns. This covers the cost of inspection, processing, and inventory management.

The 15% restocking fee also applies to:

  • Packages that are unopened upon return
  • Deliveries refused at the door
  • Parcels that go unclaimed and are automatically returned to our warehouse

The restocking fee will only be waived in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. Each situation is assessed individually.

5. Return Address

Please do not send returns without first obtaining approval. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address once your request has been reviewed. Returns sent to any other address cannot be accepted or processed.

6. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email hello@prestige-fashion.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item or items you wish to return
  • Your reason for returning
  • Clear photographs (required for damaged or incorrect items)
  • Your full name and delivery address

We will respond with instructions within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Once your order has moved into processing, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already been delivered, you are welcome to submit a return request in line with this policy.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the amount to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Please note the following:

  • The 15% restocking fee, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any insured shipping option selected at checkout is also non-refundable

9. Returns on Promotional Orders

If your order included a promotional discount — such as a bundle offer or a spend-more-save-more deal — and you return part of that order, your refund will be recalculated based on what you keep.

If returning items means you no longer qualify for the original promotion, the discount will be removed and your refund adjusted accordingly. Refunds are always based on the final qualifying order value after returns have been taken into account, minus any applicable restocking fees.

10. Store Credit

In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution. Store credit is non-refundable and may only be issued once per order.

11. Undeliverable or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

If your order is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we will get in touch once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. Depending on the situation, we may arrange redelivery to the correct address or offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.

If the returned items are not in their original condition, a reduction in value may apply.

12. Changes to This Policy

Prestige Fashion reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
