How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use that email to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you provide sizing information?

Yes. Every product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit. If you're still not sure after checking the chart, don't hesitate to reach out — we're always happy to help you find the right size.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you'd like to make a return, simply get in touch with us within that period to start the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect — in those situations, we'll take care of the return shipping for you.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that — that's never the experience we want for you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@prestige-fashion.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your case promptly and do everything we can to make it right.

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. Here's a general breakdown of delivery times:

Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 5–9 working days (Monday–Friday)

Total estimated delivery: approximately 6–12 working days from the date of your order.

During busy periods, order volumes may be higher than usual and we appreciate your patience — our team is working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through a secure checkout to keep your information safe.

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, you'll find a field labeled "Discount Code." Simply enter your code there and click "Apply" — your updated total will be shown immediately. If you run into any trouble, feel free to contact us and we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After that window, your order will have already entered processing and can no longer be cancelled. If you've passed the cancellation window, you're still welcome to return the item once it arrives by following our standard return process.
